More specifically, having a Fire Sword in the seventh inventory slot will boost drop rates.\n\nIt was revealed on June 5th 2015 on a RotMG Reddit post, this post was removed as it drew too much attention to the increased drop rates. The post was a riddle\/puzzle to users. Similar to the [The Inner Workings](\/wiki\/the-inner-workings). Most users viewed the post in which a photo of a [Fire Sword](\/wiki\/fire-sword) and a [Kendo Stick](\/wiki\/kendo-stick) was presented along with patch notes for the upcoming 27.3.2 update.\n\nAlthough many users looked over this and didn't think much of it, some users noticed a pattern in the text. The words \"Double Drop-Rate\" and \"Under Rated\" at first glace they used the words \"Under Rated\" when refering to the [Abyss of Demons](\/wiki\/abyss-of-demons) and the [Undead Lair](\/wiki\/undead-lair). The patch itself was made to increase drop rates in the [Demon Blade](\/wiki\/demon-blade) and the [Doom Bow](\/wiki\/doom-bow). \n\nSome users noticed these phrases were being used in odd spots, when the phrases \"Double Drop-Rate\" and \"Under Rated\" are highlighted it reveals two small arrows pointing torward the Fire Sword and the [Kendo Stick](\/wiki\/kendo-stick) along with the number 7. After a top comment was made revealing this message the post was deleted within 24 hours.\n\nHistory<\/b>\nBefore {{template-release|exaltVersion=1.4.0.0}}, this item had a feed power of 32.\n\n{{template-realm-eye-lore\n| response=Oh, a fan of Fire Swords I see. \nFire Crystals are often embedded in weapons, but are prone to corruption from dark magic. \nFire Swords are unusually unblemished for a fire weapon, and so are considered items of luck by many.\n}}\n\n{{template-sword-navigation}}\n{{template-tier-five-weapon-navigation}}"],[[],[]]);initializeCookieConsentBanner("e"); | | | | | | |
