####Behavior **Chase Phase** Upon spotting a player, the Great Lizard will dash towards them, stopping about a square away before shooting fire missiles and keeping a steady pace in their direction. This continues for a short time before transitioning to the ring phase. **Ring Phase** The Great Lizard will pause for a brief moment and then begin firing tight rings of fire missiles around itself while continuing to move towards players. The Great Lizard is a simple opponent, but can catch the unwary off guard. Backing away during the chase phase is optimal to avoid damage, but be prepared for the ring phase.

Standing on the Great Lizard with 0 DEF during its ring phase will incur 336 damage, a massive amount of injury that can even kill a level 20 in just a few shots. As such, you must keep your distance to avoid heavy damage.

The Great Lizard can drop a large variety of items, but relying on it for consistent loot is not advised due to much of the reward being lowlands tier.
