Behavior

**Phase 1** He begins by riding around in a fast circle while firing 3 Orange Pumpkin Blasts in a spray, as well as a single Orange Shot. **Phase 2** Once he receives enough damage, he will flash and remain still while firing 8 Horseman Blasts in a circle around him, as well as a single Orange Shot. He is intangible while flashing, and bullets will pass through him. After a certain amount of time, he will revert back to Phase 1. When he flashes for the third time, he will not become intangible and will continue to flash until killed.
