Behavior<\/h4>\nPhase 1<\/b>\nHe begins by riding around in a fast circle while firing 3 Headless Horseman Shockwaves in a spread, as well as a single aimed Headless Horseman Pumpkin.\n\nPhase 2<\/b>\nOnce he receives enough damage, he will flash and remain still while firing 8 Headless Horseman Blasts in a circle around him, as well as a single aimed Headless Horseman Pumpkin. He is intangible while flashing, and bullets will pass through him.
