I believe it should be mentioned that the Doku No Ken can achieve higher DPS over the Masamune against naturally higher defense enemies, that being if one uses their wakizashi effectively to inflict exposed on enemies for an extended period of time, resulting in the Doku No Ken having a higher total damage output and DPS over the Masamune.
