On death, becomes intangible for a short time and flashes, then explodes into a vaguely plus-shaped configuration of bullets. [Back to top](#top) ###Tips and Strategies This enemy can be very dangerous due to its high speed, high amount of damaging shots and its deadly death explosion. A way to counter this is to walk close to wall, trapping it and preventing them from moving due to its AI. This is considered the safest way to dispatch of all bats. This enemy in particular is not as easily countered as the other bats, due the line of shots it fires often. Even after trapping this enemy against a wall, you will still have to strafe left and right to avoid serious damage. This enemy is susceptible to {{template-stunned}}, meaning [Knights](/wiki/knight) can neutralise this enemy with little to no threat. The stun will also prevent the death explosion, making it even more valuable.
