Many would be against the concept of reanimating corpses, but many necromancers find it very efficient to revive hobbits because they breed so quickly and die in such huge numbers. Its better that they get to fight another day rather than let their perfectly good corpses rot away unused, right? Well, thats not what the mean old guild of magic thinks...
