Most of them are OP because of how many immunities they give, but i really like the last one.

I would change it to -X% debuff time to be consistent.

I thought of giving it -X% debuff duration but it might actually be useless in some situations.

Im going to do enemies called Relics that will appear in Lost Halls . Something like 1/20 instead of enemies that will shoot and have a chance to drop respective appearance, or spawn 1-2 random relic upon boss death that will have chance to drop respective appearance.

Maybe “-1s debuff time but can’t go below 0.5s”?
Because

does not work with all debuff times (ex. lost sentry has 0.4s and 0.75s debuff shots)
