I got the ‘‘inspiration’’ of that cuz in Lost Halls the Agonized Titan only way is to get into Cultist Hideout. I think that make a little bit of ‘‘essence’’ and a reason to do that boss.

Speedy to all sounds like a complete nightmare.

yeah u cant do speedy for all, it was originally apart of the helmet, but removed when people hated it.

Rule 1 of RotMG ability design - Never allow an item to involuntarily alter the movement speed of other players.

Beserk + Damaging = GOD MODE BUFF THAT WILL BREAK THE GAME

Speedy to all = UNIMAGINABLE POWERS TO TROLL

+12 DEF, +8 VIT, +4 ATT = 12 INFINITY STONES

7% Fame Bonus = ENOUGH FAME TO GET RECOGNIZED BY ALIENS FROM OTHER PLANETS

1250 Feed Power = THE JUGGGGGGG

What the range of Speedy and Berserk?
Also, imo, speedy is buff that is usually considered debuff because speedy character is harder to control which can lead to easy death / confuse + speedy .
Helmet is kinda broken tho, damaging + berserk is too much for one class .
Stats Bonuses aren’t balanced even for a LH drop.

Doesn’t really make sense for a Agonized Titan drop, but that’s just mine opinion .

I changed the grupal speedy cuz yall said it is a nightmare, and the damaging duration cuz is too op and added the image
