An Exaltation Banner is a special enemy that only appears in exaltation dungeons if the Exalted Banner I-II dungeon modifier is active. If the player has attained “soulbound” damage on the banner, it will add an additional “completion” to the players exaltation progress for the same exaltation stat of the respective dungeon it spawned in.
This enemies behavior is similar to an event chest, as it does not move and does not attack; However, it does not drop loot.
