This fairy never spawns on its own, always accompanying an Utanu.
Because of this, they are rarely encountered.

Constantly circles the Utanu. If there is no Utanu, they will circle nearby Deyst.
While Utanu is alive, the Issz is armored.
If it has nothing to circle, it will attempt to sit on players to deal contact damage.

This fairy is harmless until it has nothing to chase, upon which it will try to sit on you for damage.
