Seasonal Characters are characters participating in a Season.
These rules are applied for all seasons:
Seasonal characters start “from scratch” every season:
They start with a separate Vault (including Vault Chest, Gift Chest and Potion Vault). All seasonal characters share this same Vault. Seasonal characters cannot access your regular vault, regular characters cannot access your seasonal vault.
Seasonal characters can only trade with other seasonal characters.
Seasonal characters still share the Pet Yard and Wardrobe with non-seasonal characters.
Permanent 10% BXP (battlepass) bonus.
10% higher chance for Enchantable Items.
Gain a rare chance to find Shiny versions of various equipment.
Seasonal characters get access to Missions each season.
The following things happen when a season ends:
All Seasonal characters are converted into regular characters.
All items in the Vault / Gift Vault / Potion Storage are transferred into the Seasonal Spoils chest in the regular vault.
All Seasonal Vault expanders used are applied to regular Vault. This does NOT apply to potion storage expanders
Blueprint progress is reset for Seasonal Characters
Quest rewards and Purchased items go to the Gift Chest of the character they were obtained on. If you want a daily login reward on your seasonal chest, redeem it with a seasonal character.
In order to distinguish if a player is using a seasonal character or a regular one, you can check their color name. Seasonal Character color will apply even over Campaign Supporter colors.
A Seasonal Character can only be created with an empty character slot. You won’t be able to use an existing character.
In order to mark your new character as seasonal, you can toggle the seasonal function in the character overview menu.
This NPC can be found in the Nexus and allows you to convert your seasonal characters into regular ones. Upon approaching him, a button will appear that states “Convert Seasonal to Regular”. This will allow you to convert seasonal items in your character’s inventory into regular items, and allow your once-seasonal character to access your regular vaults.
If clicked, you will get a notification that this decision is final. Even Deca Support won’t undo that decision.
Missions are a unique feature reserved for Seasonal Characters.
Missions allow your Seasonal character to complete certain tasks to obtain unique rewards and BXP that are available for the current season. Regular characters cannot participate in missions.
Unless specified, missions can be completed only once per account. Some missions are repeatable and can be done once every 18 hours.
