Bes is one of the three bosses within the [Tomb of the Ancients](/wiki/tomb-of-the-ancients), along with [Nut](/wiki/nut) and [Geb](/wiki/geb). As time passed, they were slowly forgotten and abandoned by most worshippers. Angered by this betrayal, the trio became wrathful.

####Behavior Awakening Phase Taunt(s): THIS WILL NOW BE YOUR TOMB! Upon being awakened, Bes slowly circles around the boss room. He does not fire any bullets. After a certain amount of damage, he fires rings of weakening bullets. He then constantly fires short-ranged radial bursts of silver shields that stun as well as multidirectional Fire Boomerangs and Darkness Bolts. If more damage is dealt to him, he will fully awaken and move on to the next phase. He cannot be stasised until he is fully woken. Battle Phase Taunt(s): Impudence! I am an immortal, I needn't take you seriously. The others use tricks, but I shall stun you with my brute strength! Awe at my wondrous defense! Nut, disable our foes! Bes stops firing the rings of weakening bullets and begins firing shotguns of armor-breaking boomerangs. He still fires his radial stun bullets and also fires aimed Darkness Bolts that increase in number as he is damaged. In addition, he may occasionally fire out a long-ranged sequence of shockwaves that stun. Occasionally Bes will flash and start hugging one of the other tomb bosses, or one of the other tomb bosses will flash and start hugging Bes. At a certain amount of damage, Bes starts spawning Pyramid Artifacts. When his health is low enough, he moves into his rage phase. Rage Phase Taunt(s): The end of your path is here! In his rage phase, Bes will turn red, become temporarily invulnerable, and quickly chase nearby players while rapidly firing massive shockwaves that inflict stun. In addition, he will fire multidirectional bursts of Darkness Bolts and retain his shotgun of armor-breaking boomerangs. [Back to Top](#top) ###Tips and Strategies {#tips} When fighting the three tomb bosses, it is advised to attack Bes first, as he is an easier enemy to kill compared to the other two. Due to Bes' high defense, it is recommended to use Armor Piercing weapons such as the [Queen's Stinger Dagger](/wiki/queen-s-stinger-dagger), [Bergenia Bow](/wiki/bergenia-bow), [Tezcacoatl's Tail](/wiki/tezcacoatl-s-tail), [Crystal Wand](/wiki/crystal-wand), [Oryx's Greatsword](/wiki/oryx-s-greatsword) or [Reikoku](/wiki/reikoku).
