###Location {#location} **Pure Evil** used to be found in the setpiece the [Avatar of the Forgotten King](/wiki/avatar-of-the-forgotten-king) spawns on, [The Void](/wiki/the-void), and [The Shatters](/wiki/the-shatters). There were four pools of pure evil in the corners of the square setpiece in which The Avatar of the Forgotten King spawns. Deadly [Blobombs](/wiki/blobomb) spawn from these pools during phase three while battling The Avatar of the Forgotten King. In the Void, Pure Evil would slowly consume the arena during the fight with the [Void Entity](/wiki/void-entity), and would partition the arena into two, and later four sections during the battle. In The Shatters, Pure Evil could be found but you may not walk in it unlike in the Avatar setpiece and The Void.

###Behavior {#behavior} Pure Evil did 75 armor piercing damage and damaged you repeately when you stood in Pure Evil which gradually decreased your health and could cause death if you stood in it long enough. Pure Evil dramatically slowed movement speed down, reducing your speed by roughly 66.7% when you walked in it, which allowed a good amount of time for the Pure Evil to cause a great amount of damage to a character escaping from a pool of Pure Evil. In The Void, Pure Evil tiles farther away from the arena would do more damage (90 and 115 compared to the normal 75 damage). This was to prevent players from essentially skipping the Void Entity battle by moving far away from the arena and using healing classes and pets for survivability.
