The orb hits an area just like the Necromancer Skull but instead of draining health it puts them in a status condition called Stasis. In this state the enemy turns gray and cannot attack or move but cannot be damaged. Most orbs also inflict Curse within its range, which increases all damage done to affected enemies by 20%, applied after defense. All orbs have a Stasis Radius of 3. All orbs that inflict curse have a base Curse Radius of 5. Curse range and duration increases with wisdom, while stasis is not affected. Most bosses are immune to stasis, though their minions tend to be vulnerable.

*Note: Some invincible creatures can be affected.
