Tomes are used by Priests to instantly restore health to themselves and nearby players. Wisdom modifier (WisMod) applies to Tomes and this increases the Range, the Heal amount, and the 
Healing duration.
All direct healing tomes will lose 2.5% of their healing power for every player healed. This reduction caps at 70% when simultaneously healing 28 or more players, for a minimum of 30% of the original heal amount. This reduction does not affect the original user, who will always get 100% of the heal.
