As if becoming a grotesque Beholder wasn’t bad enough, this poor soul somehow had his lone eye gouged out at one point or another. Grisly as this fate may be, it’s still less torturous than being in a Candyland.

Deholders slowly wiggle in place, occassionally firing a single blood projectile that inflicts major damage, as well as negligibly short Bleeding effect. Once they die, they release several Vile Maggots.

Deholders always spawn in a pair with an Eye of the Edified. Try to focus down the Deholder first, as it can pose a bigger threat the more shots it lets loose.
