Notes
This quiver’s main usage is that it slows. It has less range than other quivers but the three shots make this quiver easy to aim and allow for more targets to be slowed. The quiver also offers supreme stat bonuses, just barely surpassing the T6 Quiver of Evlish Mastery DPS-wise.

History
Interestingly, despite only being obtainable from Winter events, it’s notable that this Quiver came before the Beehemoth Quivers, making this item not a reskin despite the fact it is indeed a Limited item.
In the past, this item has been available from:
- Collecting a stack of 50 Snowflake Tokens
- Dropping from Ice Tomb Event Chests
- Winter 2017 Nest Event Chests
- Collecting 4 stacks of 20 Primal Ice and trade in to the Tinkerer for Winter 2018.
Before Patch X.33.1.0 (May 2020), this item had a Feed Power of 700.
Before Exalt Version 3.3.5.0 (Mar 2023), this item dealt 180-260 damage per shot.
