When compared to other scepters, it is slightly behind if you need to clear minions or fighting a single target but nevertheless it’s a strong and all rounded alternative.

And for people who enjoy stacking WIS equipment, at 90 WIS this scepter will deal 680 damage to the first target and each shockblast will deal 176 damage.
