Notes
Dubiously, this Cloak has the same duration as the Collector’s Monocle. However, not only do you miss the +6 DEX of the Cloak of Nightmares, this cloak costs too much MP to chain cloak infintely (negating the point).
History
Before Patch X.32.7.0 (Feb 2020), this item had an MP cost of 65, an invisible duration of 3.5 seconds, and a cooldown of 4.5 seconds.
