Part of the Legacy Swoll Paladin Set.

Unlike tiered seals, the Legacy Seal of the Enchanted Forest only provides one of the positive status effects (it only gives temporary max HP increase) to the player or nearby allies. However, it can be used to slow nearby enemies, which in some cases can be useful.

Descriptions in-game are currently bugged, causing WIS-affecting equipment to appear to have twice the effect they really do (this effect is only for the descriptions, not the actual result). This page shows the actual formulas, not the ones based off the (incorrect) descriptions.

History
Added in Release 26.0 (Nov 2014) under its original name Seal of the Enchanted Forest.

This item was first released via the Alchemist.

It used to drop in a cyan bag before the addition of orange bags in Patch X.18.0 (Oct 2017).

In Patch X.31.8.0 (July 2019) the item was renamed to Legacy Seal of the Enchanted Forest upon the release of a new soulbound version of the item: Seal of the Enchanted Forest. The original-now-Legacy version was removed as a drop at this time.
