Quivers (Rev. 83)

Quivers are used by Archers to fire a powerful, piercing, single-shot arrow that also cripple enemy movement. Lower tiered quivers inflict Slowed to their enemies and higher tiered inflict Paralyzed, the status effect duration for tiered quivers is 3 seconds. Most quivers also grant a dexterity bonus to the wearer.
