Seals (Rev. 29)

Seals are used by Paladins to dramatically increase the healing rate (20 HP/sec), a damage bonus (+50%) and a HP increase to the user and surrounding players for a short period of time.

SEAL HISTORY:
Before update 25.0.0 seals had just healing and damaging effect. The effects were longer.
After update 25.0.0 seals became better for players who are scared of insta kill.
Kabam added increase hp points effect.
