Seals (Rev. 32)

Seals are used by Paladins to grant a dramatic increase to the healing rate (20 HP/sec), a damage bonus (+50%) and a HP increase to the user and surrounding players for a short period of time.

SEAL HISTORY:
Before update 25.0.0 Seals had just healing and damaging effect and had a longer effect time.
After update 25.0.0 Tiered seals gave the status effects: damaging and healing. In addition, there was also a health boost with a Wisdom Modifier attached
Kabam added the Increase Maximum HP effect.
