when you spawn into the wetlands, unlike most dungeons, you spawn INTO the treasure room, although unactivated until the golden fruit is popped, you can find it once per wetlands,and if its unfound after the heart has been killed, the golden fruit will have its map location revealed. this dungeon is incredibly dangerous to rush, with lots of slows and curses, twisting paths, and lingering bullets, this can slaughter a careless 8/8 in seconds
