The tale of Septavius (Rev. 2)

There once was an old man called Sep Theodor Avius who ran a haunted house. All the children just called him Scary Sep. Yet the children loved that quirky old man and often came by and visited his haunted house. It was the best haunted house in the whole Realm and there was no equal on any carnival in the land.

The children loved to tell their friends about how much they were scared on their last trip to the haunted house and it always put a smile on Sep’s face when he overheard them talking about his haunted house. He was very proud and glad to offer this exciting experience to the kids.

The years passed by and the children grew older. Inevitably the day came when all of them had to go to school. They spent a lot of time studying complex matters like counting apples or memorizing the alphabet. Nobody visited Mr Avius’ haunted house anymore and he became very sad.

Sep realized that the children spend all their time studying trying to become smarter but totally forgot to have fun. So he, being a very clever man himself, came up with a cunning plan. He locked himself up in his laboratory for a whole week and mixed ingredients using all his alchemistic knowledge. Bereaved of sleep but with a victorious smile on his face he finally held a magic potion in his hand. The fluid in the flask shimmered in light blue.
In this potion all the wisdom of good old Sep Theodor was contained. Drinking it would make anyone more intelligent and wise. And it even had a very interesting taste. It tasted like a blueberry which awoke after a terrifying nightmare of being eaten (Yes, berries dream just like human beings.).

He brew even more potions and proclaimed that he would give one of his marvellous potions to every person that visited his haunted house. All the children who were thirsty for knowledge (and blueberry) now visited his house. And not only did they find new wisdom, they also rediscovered the strange joy provided by the many scares that were contained in that mysterious house.
Thus Sep managed to bring back fear and joy to all the children in the Realm while also making sure they would attain knowledge at the same time.
