While it may look bad at first sight, having less damage than a T3 Scorching Blast Spell, this ST Spell has the unique property of ignoring the defense of the target, making it very effective on high-defense enemies. The spell has a higher average damage than the T6 Elemental Detonation Spell on enemies with 39 or more Defense.

This item was first made available through The Alchemist and was later added as a drop, along with the rest of the pieces from the Twilight Archmage set.
