Tips and Strategies

He is much less of a threat than his minions. However, it can be hard to get shots in on him when he is barricaded by his swarm. As such, piercing weapons are often favored to eliminate the Commander without having to avoid the insects. Because the insects will charge straight at you, it is important to strafe side to side to avoid them while continue attacking their leader. Melees can also get close and circle, taking pressure off of ranged classes and getting in damage of their own.

Thanks to the high hp the walls have, it is important to kill this enemy quickly in order to get more of your team to the next barrier, where their added dps can help to destroy it.
