After being summoned by Malphas, his protectors orbit around him, firing bullets at any heros nearby. When Malphas is defeated, the Malphas Protectors stop orbiting.

Due to circling Malphas at such a high speed, it is rare that these guys will land a hit. Killing them will only result in Malphas spawing more, so they only really exist to intimidate unmaxed people. The damage from taking a few shots is negligible, so just ignore them.
