Dungeon appears to be themed around some kind of Penintentiary for souls that rebel against Skuld.
The Spectral Penitentiary is an exalt dungeon of mid-high difficulty. Marshmalla announced there’ll be difficult things for more dedicated players.
It’s confirmed to be source of upgraded Soul’s Guidance wand.
It was first teased 25th July 2023 on Realm Lore discord server, where Marshmalla posted cryptic image named SPOILER_UpcomingDungeon.png
It was officially announced during Halloween 2023, when Marshmalla published dungeon teaser and revealed the dungeon name. Video is available here
Notes
Based on first teaser, the boss of the dungeon can be assumed to be the real Queen of Shatters, while the original enemy - Crystal Prisoner is actually Prismimic occupying cursed body.
