Notes
This wand is very unique compared to most other wands. On its own, it’s just a slight alternative to a typical tiered wand (with the same average DPS as the Wand of Deep Sorcery) with a wavy shot pattern. The special effect gives you a chance to spawn a soul that deals 200 flat damage every second, as an instant zap to the nearest target. Due to the wavy shot pattern and auto-aim of the souls, this is a weapon that doesn’t require as much attention from you to aim, so you can focus more on dodging.
