Cycloptic warriors who are cousins of the one eyed ogres of the overworld. Recognized for their combat, they have been further eldritched and recruited as guards of Oryx’s castle.

Lunges to the nearest player then instantly fires a radial star of 8 black beam-like bullets. At the same time as the star is created it starts a barrage of 8 rapidly firing black slashes while chasing players. This sequence repeats.

Brute of Oryx
The Warrior of Oryx is a really dangerous foe in Oryx’s castle. Sit on him for one second at a low level or with horrible equipment, and you are instantly dead. Be aware of this guy when you are lagging hard from those quiet-spam bombs, as if you stay, might as well say goodbye to your character if you don’t nexus fast enough (depends on your character).
The star of shots is always the first attack they use and the lunge leading up to it may end more that 2 tiles away from the enemy. It does a minimum of 56 damage when taking the full shotgun.
They can appear in groups large enough to insta-pop any character with the star attack, thus it is highly recommended to stay at a moderate distance.
Melee Classes: Use your range as best as you can, and you won’t be killed that quickly by these guys as you have strong armor and you can take more hits.
Leather Classes: You have a decent range and can tank a FEW more shots than robe classes, but continue to be aware of your HP bar, as they do deal really bad damage over time.
Robe Class: Stay away (unless with good armor or good stats like maxed def in which case you’re not as squishy.) If you have to, use your weapon/ability (if it damages monsters) and kill them with that. Otherwise, they’re going to come up to you and squish you in an instant.
