The Corruption Phantom has two phases :
Phase 1
Starts circling while invulnerable shooting sickening shots in a circling motion and spawning minions.
Phase 2
Becomes vulnerable when all minions are killed and can change directions while continuing to fire 3 sets of the sickening shots.
Once the fight is finished, The Realm Eye appears and the crack on the floor will disappear.

Circling in the middle is usually safe for the first phase, but beware of the minions that will spawn in. Kill them to begin damaging phase. Then follow the phantom while keeping watch on the shots.
It’s recommended to be at least level 20.
