Behavior

Esben the Unwilling has 4 phases.

Phase 1: Invincible

Until all the cursed graves surrounding the room are killed, Esben will stay in the center of the room and fire all of his projectiles in all directions. As the name of the phase implies, Esben cannot be damaged.

Phase 2: Minions

Esben will briefly switch between vulnerable and invulnerable, then fire a lot of the purple armor-piercing shots. After that 8 Creepy Weird Dark Spirit Mirror Image Monsters will spawn around the room and chase the nearest player. Once the minions are defeated, Esben moves on to phase 3.

Phase 3: Vulnerable

Esben will transform into a human and plead for you to kill him. Nothing can damage you in this phase; focus all your firepower on Esben.
If not enough damage is done, Esben will begin phase 1 again.

Phase 4: Rage (sort of)

Esben will transform into a much larger Creepy Weird Dark Spirit Mirror Image Monster and flea from the player. 8 more, much larger Creepy Weird Dark Spirit Mirror Image Monsters will spawn around the room and attempt to surround Esben. Nothing can damage you in this phase.
This phase last until death.
