Notes
Its main use is that it is one of only two staves that hits multiple targets, making it good for clearing hordes of enemies or to clear walls such those from the Snake Pit or Oryx’s Castle.
Its +3 SPD can be useful if you are looking for a speed buff to rush the Wine Cellar with; combined with the Water Dragon Silk Robe and a Ring of Unbound Speed, a Wizard for example can have a nice 69 Speed to rush with.
Another interesting thing to note is that equipping this staff completely negates the Speed loss of the Skullish Remains of Esben.
