The Corruption Phantom haves two phases :
Phase 1
Phase 2
Once the fight is finished, The Realm Eye appears and the crack on the floor will disappear.
Circling in the middle is usually safe for the first phase, but beware of the minions that will spawn in Kill them to begin damaging phase. Then follow boss while keeping watch on the shots.
It’s recommended to be at least level 20.
