The sheaths are a scrapped ability meant for the Samurai. Deca had made both the sheath and the waki usable in public testing to see which the community liked better. The wakizashi was favored, and became the Samurai’s ability. This item was the only scrapped sheath that was added to the production game’s code; it could never be obtained in-game. It was eventually removed from the game in late 2019. The sheath concept would later be reused, in modified form, for the Kensei class.
