The Valentine Launcher functions similarly to the Beach Ball, except it launches a large heart to the closest player.
These were available for Valentine’s Day 2017 in a Mystery Box and droped from Succubus at a quite low rate during Valentine’s Day 2019.
However, it was never specified in the list of awards in both cases, which make it a particular uncommon item.
