The Slime God is a force to be reckoned. It has a high-damage fast-speed but short ranged shot that aims where you'll be. You need to constantly be on your toes. As well, it can cut your movement speed down for a long time. Be ready to escape to safety.

A noxious dizzying stench, an echoing sucking sound, suspiciously wet boots. A Slime God is nearby... You smell him long before you ever see him. There, taller than the surrounding trees, is a living hill of slime, mud, and debris. He is a brain-dead master of bog and swamp. Flowing freely from his many illogical orifices is a primordial ooze. One wrong step and you will become a pile of wet bones on the ground, your flesh dissolved away in seconds. Even escape is futile...

Combat Tips
  • Slime Gods will try to track your movements when they fire, similar to the Ent God. However, because of their higher rate of fire and increased bullet speed, circling is basically impossible. The same strategy of tricking their 'lead' applies: you just make quick back and forth sideways movements. Do this, and you'll kill them quickly and be well on your way to farming defense potions.
  • The Slime God also possess a status effect shot, a small forest-green bullet that inflicts slow. If you're hit with this shot, you can still trick its fire, but it can be deadly if you're fighting more than one god. Keep an eye on your surroundings. Maxed defense Melees might not have a big of a problem, but robe and leather classes should fear this god.
