The Realm Eye (Rev. 7)

The Realm Eye is an NPC revealed after defeating the Corruption Phantom, the second boss of the Cursed Library.

Behavior

The Realm Eye will be located in the center of the second boss room, directly below the spawn room. After defeating the Corruption Phantom, it will thank you for freeing it from the library’s curse and offer to disclose lore about one of the other characters or items in the game. For instance, the player may type ‘Lord Ruthven’ and the Realm Eye will provide a few lines about Lord Ruthven’s lore. After these lines of text pass, the Realm Eye will thank the player once more and open the Realm portal.

The player must leave through this Realm Portal or the Realm Portal located in the first boss room in order to complete the dungeon; completion will not be rewarded if the player leaves through the Portal of Cowardice.

Trivia

• Typing the word ‘null’ will result in a few lines of incomprehensible text, followed by the usual thanks and Realm Portal.

History

• When the Cursed Library was first released typing the phrase ‘golden dagger’ crashed the realm that the Cursed Library appeared in or if it was popped in nexus it would crash the entire server.
