This robe is unlike most other robes, providing a decent increase to HP, and a sharp increase in VIT, increasing it by 20. This puts most robe classes at 60 VIT, except the Sorcerer, which increases to 95 VIT, reducing the In Combat duration to 4/3.75/2.25 seconds.

Alongside the massive VIT increase, there is also a reactive proc which Energizes you for 5 seconds when In Combat, increaing your MP regeneration by 20 MP/second, totaling up to 100 MP regen for the entire duration. Unlike the other armors obtained in the Shatters, the duration of the proc is the same as the cooldown, meaning a 100% potential uptime if In Combat when the proc expires.
