An ethereal creature who has managed to assume the form of a sand elemental. At certain times, it will “pack” itself into a very small amount of sand to make it easier to move.

The Sand Phantom switches back and forth from its Wisp form. Both forms has its own set of HP, DEF, and EXP. Defeat the Sand Phantom, and players will recieve the EXP associated with the form it was defeated in.
The Sand Phantom chases nearby players while firing bullets.
