Flails (Rev. 1)

All tiered flails have a fire rate of 50% and all shots Boomerang Shots boomerang, Piercing Shots hit multiple targets and have a lifetime of 0.75 seconds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shot 1 will always have a speed of 10 tiles/second and a range of 3.75 tiles, shot 2 will always have a speed of 7.5 tiles/second and a range of 2.81 tiles, shot 3 will always have a speed of 5 tiles/second and a range of 1.88 tiles. Additionally, shots 2 and 3 always Armor Piercing Ignores defense of target.
