Forge Tokens are obtainable from various dungeon bosses, they are required to craft their respective ST set items or to upgrade specified UT’s into a stronger version of itself. Forge Tokens have a similar functionality of marks in the Forge however, Forge Tokens are not guaranteed and often times can drop in multiple locations.
Upgrade Tokens are used in the forge to upgrade an already existing item into a stronger version of itself. Unlike normal forging, the forgeable items that use this token also require a specific item to be forged with it; Hence why it is regarded as upgrading an item, instead of creating a new item.

ST Tokens are required in order to craft and obtain their respective ST set items, of which do not drop traditionally from an enemy in the game. Unlike normal forging, forging a set item also requires Mythical Material 
, of which, only ST items provide upon dismantling them.
