Notes
This robe is unlike most other robes, providing a decent increase to HP, and a sharp increase in VIT, increasing it by 20. This puts most robe classes at 60 VIT, except the Sorcerer, which increases to 95 VIT, reducing the In Combat duration to 4/3.75/2.25 seconds.
Alongside the massive VIT increase, there is also a reactive proc which Energizes you for 5 seconds when In Combat, increasing your MP regeneration by 10 MP/second, totaling up to 50 MP regen for the entire duration. Unlike the other armors obtained in the Shatters, the duration of the proc is the same as the cooldown, meaning a 100% potential uptime if In Combat when the proc expires.
The robe is strikingly similar to the Twilight Shroud which also drops from the same dungeon. In comparrison, it sacrifices 20 HP, 10 MP and 5 SPD for 20 VIT. Procs for both robes also aid in regenerating MP and share the same cooldown duration, however the Mantle of Monarchy does not require the player to be at a certain percent of MP meaning it will theoretically have higher up time. Even so, the Twilight Shroud provdes better MP regeneration when in a pinch.
