This robe’s stats are nearly identical to the T13 Robe of the Grand Sorcerer. The differences between the two are marginal, with the Robe of the Mad Scientist offering +2 vitality and the Robe of the Grand Sorcerer offering +6 wis, compared to this robe’s +5.
The only truly meaningful difference is the higher 5% fame bonus compared to the Robe of the Grand Sorcerer’s 4%, making it useful for a player who is more concerned about their character’s fame bonus should they happen to die. This 5% bonus is shared with the Water Dragon Silk Robe.
