This item was originally called the Fire Dragon Battle Armor, and was a tiered drop from the Red Dragon, found in the Lair of Draconis dungeon.
However, the entire Lair of Draconis dungeon, and its associated key and drops, were an accidental release, and were eventually patched, and all existing Dragon armors (Robes, Leather armors and Heavy armors) were turned into their respective “Cheater” armors. The Cheater Heavy Armor was also handed out to everyone in a free 2013 April fools day package.
Despite this reducing your health to 0, you cannot kill yourself with this armor. You die when you reach -1 hitpoints, not 0. However, nexusing or entering a dungeon while at 0 HP will kill you, so it is advisable to avoid doing so. And as this armor only only reduces your max HP by 100, this armor is entirely useless, due to that no heavy-armor users ever have a max HP of 100, even at level 1.
