Notes
A rare and powerful heavy armor that sacrifices some defense for added offensive power and utility.
Compared to the T14 Dominion Armor, it has 9 less DEF but provides 6 ATT, 6 SPD and 5 VIT. In addition, its reactive proc periodically supplements ability usage with a highly damaging AoE that deals up to 1,500 damage in a wide area, giving it extra use as both a crowd-clearing tool and a source of extra DPS.
This armor is most commonly used by Knights, as they have high defense at max and benefit from an increase to attack and speed. It is often not practical on Paladins or Warriors due to the decreased defense, but some might wear it to supplement their already high DPS if they are confident in their ability to avoid damage. Warriors and Paladins with a source of Armored like the Helm of the Juggernaut or Marble Seal can use it to make up for the defense loss, allowing them to enjoy the armor’s benefits with less drawbacks.
The Water Dragon Silk Robe gives similar sacrifices in exchange for ATK/SPD. The Leaf Dragon Hide Armor has a more defensive ability-use proc.
The AoE this item produces has the following color:

Trivia
The stat bonus for this armor was +26 DEF. This item was originally meant to be the T14 heavy armor, replacing the (then unreleased) Dominion Armor.
In a hotfix prior to Release 12 (Mar 2013), all existing Fire Dragon Battle Armors were transformed into Cheater Heavy Armors.
On Release 22.0.0 (June 2014) all the armors were added back.
