Part of the Dragon Tamer set.
This armor provides negligible defense, less than the T9 Dragonscale Armor, but its saving grace is the hefty speed bonus it provides which can work wonders for rushers. It is very similar to the Fire Dragon Battle Armor, except it provides 2 more SPD, and does not provide any ATT or VIT.
It is best worn on a Knight to make rushing faster while still maintaining a relatively high defense total. The loss in defense on the Warrior and the Paladin would not be worth it in most situations.
