The Headless Horseman is an uncommon encounter in the Godlands, serving as a mini-boss of sorts. Also the Headless Horseman can sometimes be known to stack and spawn 2 or even more at once in the same area though it is rare that this will happen.

Phase 1
He begins by riding around in a fast circle while firing 3 Orange Pumpkin Blasts in a spread, as well as a single aimed Orange Shot.
Phase 2
Once he receives enough damage, he will flash and remain still while firing 8 Horseman Blasts in a circle around him, as well as a single aimed Orange Shot. He is intangible while flashing, and bullets will pass through him. After a certain amount of time, he will revert back to Phase 1.
When he flashes for the third time, he will not become intangible and will continue to flash until killed.

The Headless Horseman is a rather powerful enemy with a lot more health, damage, and complex behavior compared to other gods. Exercise more caution than you would with a normal mountain enemy.
Be careful not to get sat on by it, as the number of shots it fires can severely harm your character.
Also note that calling out the Headless Horseman by saying “HORSE” in chat is a very good thing to do if you are unmaxed, since people can help you do it faster.
Another tip is that if you come across 2 Headless Horseman make sure to call “horses” instead of “horse” this makes sure that you get the most out of the current situation. (Or you could bring a guild or a friend along and make sure no one can get your loot both ways having pros and cons, such as getting loot but a slower dungeon or faster dungeon but less loot.
