This is a winter reskinned version of UT The Forgotten Crown.
The Ice Crown is somewhat easier to obtain than The Forgotten Crown. However, this only applies during the time frames of the Winter Events.
History
This item was added as of Patch 27.7.X10.2 (Jan 2017) and was avaliable to get from The Tinkerer by exchanging 80 Primal Ice (Winter 2017 and 2018), or 60 Broken Ornaments (Winter 2019).
Before Patch X.33.1.0 (May 2020), this item had a Feed Power of 500.
